Are the prices shown on the website VAT included?
All the prices shown on our website are VAT included.
The client will have to pay VAT and custom duties, based on the rates foreseen by the country of destination, only if the product is shipped to a non-EU country.
Such sums are not included in the price shown on our website
and it is not possible for us to calculate them in advance.
Which payment method can I use to finalise my purchase?
You can choose one of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bank Transfer.
All orders will be shipped only once the amount is credited on our bank account, this means that if you choose to pay by bank transfer it will usually take 1 to 2 days before the payment will show on our account.
Are deliveries insured?
All deliveries are insured for an amount equal to the selling price.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the country of destination:
Shipping to Italy: 35€
Shipping to a EU country: 50€
Shipping to a non-EU country: 60€
Where will I receive my order?
The order will be delivered to the address you stated on our website (home address or office).
Is it possible to trace the status of the shipment?
You can check the status of the shipment using the tracking code provided by the carrier which will be sent to you per e-mail upon shipment of the order.
How long does it take for the order to reach its destination?
The watch will be shipped 1/2 days after we receive the order.
All deliveries are express (DHL or FEDEX) and delivery times vary depending on the country of destination:
24 to 48 hours if shipped to a Eu country,
48 to 72 hours if shipped to a non-EU country.
What is the deadline to return the watch?
You have a deadline of 14 days to return the watch from the moment you receive it.
How can I return the watch?
In order to return the watch you need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org which you express your will to return it. We will get back to you within 24h with all the details needed to start this procedure.
Am I allowed to return the watch only if I have a valid reason?
No justification is needed to be able to return the watch. However, if the item is returned for reasons we are not responsible for, delivery and insurance costs will be at your charge.
What can I do if the watch has defects that were not visible on the photo?
You can send us an email to email@example.com attaching a photo or a video in order to show that the watch does not respect the description found on the website. In that case, if you decide to return it, delivery and insurance costs will be completely at our charge.
How long does it take to receive the refund once the watch is returned?
Once we receive the returned watch, our specialised lab staff will thoroughly check the watch, which needs to be in the exact same conditions as it was upon delivery.
If we accept the return, you will be refunded within max. 5 working days for the whole amount you originally paid.
The warranty does not cover aesthetic damages. All repairs will be carried out by our professional Technicians in our local laboratories. For instance, a post-sale intervent on the movement carried out by not authorized watchmakers cannot be return to us. We will take in consideration to evaluate only specific cases. Consequently, our Certificate will not be considered valid anymore.
In order to state the proper functioning of the watch you need to consider the fact that running accuracy can vary depending on how old the watch is. We would like to remind you that Mechanical Watches are typically not as accurate as quartz watches, and they require periodic cleaning and calibration by a skilled watchmaker. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by water, unless differently specified.
