Sales Assistant
We are looking for a sales assistant for our Milan Boutique with previous experience in other boutiques in the watch sector.
We are looking for a person with a desire to do and learn, passionate about the world of vintage watchmaking, who is flexible and willing to work, if required, even on holidays.
We offer:
6-month full-time fixed-term contract (40 working hours) aimed at permanent employment
- Remuneration: classification and RAL commensurate with seniority accrued in the role and meal vouchers of €8.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for:
- customer reception and sales management in boutiques
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the world of vintage and collectible watches, who has a strong propensity for public relations and is enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of our brand.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the industry
- strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Apprenticeship
Duration: 6 months
Site: Milan, Via Gesù 7
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00 (with a one-hour lunch break)
Compensation: Monthly expense reimbursement of €600
Inside our boutique located in the heart of the Quadrilatero della Moda, the internship represents a practical training opportunity in an exclusive environment, with the aim of providing useful skills for a career in the luxury and vintage watchmaking sector. The training path is aimed at assessing suitability for possible professional placement.
Training Path Details
The internship includes a structured program that includes the following main areas:
Customer management
The activity focuses on developing the interpersonal skills needed to interface with a particularly demanding clientele. Through the support of the team, the intern will learn how to manage customer requests and the importance of establishing a relationship of trust in a high-level context.Knowledge of vintage watchmaking
The training program includes an in-depth look at the world of vintage watches, with particular attention to the history of the most iconic brands, the distinctive characteristics of the models and the elements that determine the value and rarity of each piece.Basic technical skills
Initial training is provided on the fundamental techniques for recognizing the most common problems in watches and on the use of basic tools for a first technical intervention. This module allows the trainee to acquire useful preparation for collaborating with professionals in the sector.Management of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
The experience includes learning how to use an advanced CRM system, essential for managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments and monitoring services offered, with particular attention to quality and operational precision.

Administrative Assistant
We operate through two stores, located in the heart of Milan and in Forte dei Marmi, as well as managing an e-commerce channel to expand our online presence.

Main tasks
- Accounting records: Entering accounting operations into the management system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Billing: Support in issuing and recording active and passive invoices, as well as managing credit notes.
- Reconciliations: Assistance with bank reconciliations and internal accounts.
- Management of tax deadlines: Collaboration in activities related to monthly VAT settlement and preparation of quarterly LIPE.
- Document management: Archiving and organizing accounting documentation, ensuring its availability and order.
- Payments and collections: Monitoring supplier payment deadlines and recording collections.
- Administrative communications: Interaction with suppliers, customers and, if necessary, with customs for the management of administrative and intra-community operations.
Requirements
- Training: Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in professional firms or companies.
- Personal skills: Dynamism, organizational skills and a desire to grow in a youthful and evolving context.
- Languages: Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
