The Nautilus Ref. 5800 is a sports watch by Patek Philippe, introduced in 2006 to replace the mid-sized Nautilus 3800 but retired in 2009.
This legendary sports watch by Patek Philippe, designed by the famous watches designer Gérald Genta, in 1976 excited by its combination of luxury and stainless steel. Its design is inspired by the shape of ship portholes. The case is quite large but the thin case and integrated bracelet makes it wear smaller.
The Nautilus reference 5800/1 had a smaller size, 38,4 mm, in relation to his predecessor the Nautilus Reference 3800 that measure 37,5mm. The size reppresent the perfect choise for men wrist and also for woman that want to wear a sporty watch with a confrotable size for them. This reference of nautilus is the last one that had tha watch case in two component, featuring a shappire case back that permit to see the movement.
