AUDEMARS PIGUET ROYAL OAK JUMBO 5402BC – MANUFACTURED DIAMOND INDEXES – 18K WHITE GOLD – AP CERTIFICATION
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak is considered the myth of luxury sports watches. It all began in the early 1970s thanks to the revolutionary Gerald Genta, developing a monobloc case with an octagonal bezel installed and welded by eight hexagonal screws with the iconic tapisserie dial and its dark gray color.
This luxury vintage Audemars Piguet reference 5402BC watch is made of 18k white gold and features the classic gray tapisserie dial with in-house diamond hour markers and thin hands. This model is one of the first produced in 1972 and the number 142 is engraved on the case back.
Produced in a small number of just 149 units, this model is accompanied by an AP Factory Special Program document called “Classic Parts” where it is mentioned and recognized as an extremely rare and authentic Royal Oak at 100%.
